Online Event - The Eternal Prescription

The Eternal Prescription has no side effects, requires no refills, and is too powerful to be contained in a pill.

In a world where we’re constantly bombarded by quick fixes and solutions with a short shelf life, the path to lasting well-being can seem elusive or even unobtainable. We believe there are powerful clues that can be found in unexpected places, like the natural world or ancient wisdom texts.

That is our guiding principle for our new online series: Meditations on Health.

Meditations on Health will present an unexpected lens that invites us to look at the issue of human thriving with open hearts and minds. Our goal is to encourage and inspire you on your own quest for resonant health.

Meditations on Health is a series of online guided experiences that blend nourishing practices with personal enquiry. All of them are created to help you explore new ideas and empower you to go deeper into the experience of well-being.

Our first session, The Eternal Prescription, will explore the wonder and mystery of the Tao Te Ching, a handbook for living in greater balance and contentment.

We invite you to join Mark Stolow and David Frank Gomes for a journey so vast that it has echoed through the ages. The Tao Te Ching has helped countless people discover eternal principles for living well.

When practiced mindfully, the Tao Te Ching offers a clear and direct path to:

  • Finding refuge in turbulent times.

  • Cultivating inner clarity.

  • Supporting healing.

  • Connecting more deeply with others and our surroundings.

Verse 2 from the Tao Te Ching:

When people see some things as beautiful, other things become ugly.
When people see some things as good, other things become bad.
Being and non-being create each other.
