Growing Through What You Go Through

  • People Before Patients Montreal Canada (map)

What happens when you mix a Zen monk turned group facilitator, a C-suite spiritualist, a present moment revolutionary, a minister in disguise, a yogi engineer, and a somatic wisdom wizard?

You get a band of leading-edge facilitators who have deep knowledge of navigating the business of life.

Growing Through What You Go Through is an opportunity to explore unchartered terrain: the parts of your life at work and play that you may have a bewildering relationship with. The questions that remain unanswered in your heart.

We have created a series of online adventures with eye-opening perspectives designed to inspire, delight and enlighten. Travel across the experience of time, beauty, love, presence, and lightheartedness and remap your life’s story.

Feel what it's like to come back home to yourself. Feel the warmth of good conversation, deep work, and fellowship.

This is a trip of a lifetime. Don’t miss it.

What you can expect from this experience

What inspires a person to embark on a journey of discovery? What makes a journey feel valuable?

At People Before Patients, we've dedicated the past 4 years to exploring these ideas, leading to the creation of our new offering. It was designed with one purpose in mind: to provide an opportunity for delight, curiosity, wonder and insight, which in our world we call sense-making; How do we make meaning of our experience? What internal maps and stories we use to interact with ourselves and the world around us?

The Commons - our sandbox and playground - is a space where time becomes a friend, where our stories can be rewritten, where love is not an unspoken word, where beauty, lightheartedness, and presence become allies, opening the door to a new world.

All who wander are not lost... wander with us.

Growing Through What You Go Through is designed as 6 consecutive, 21-day experiences starting in May 2024.

Each 21-day experience introduces you to a new transformative lens:

May 2024 / Explore STORY: Your life’s tale (COMPLETED)

Your life is a captivating story waiting to unfold, a book in a library that houses every tale. How is it reading so far?  Let's start by delving into your unique story, acknowledging the experiences that have sculpted you and the wisdom they hold, whether in victory or defeat. Your story serves as the foundation upon which your evolution unfolds. It's a living narrative that can be retold in new, enchanting ways as life continues to reveal itself to you.

June 2024 / Explore TIME: Redefining care and reflection (COMPLETED)

As a wise person once said, time is a storm in which we are all lost. Let's redefine our relationship with time. Often perceived as a healer, a finite resource, or an unwelcome companion, time holds various personas. Join us as we intimately explore the comforting yet elusive enigma of time, seeking solace in its intricate nature.

July 2024 / Explore PRESENCE: Becoming friendlier with how things are (COMPLETED)

In a world where the past is a memory and the future is a fantasy, what truly defines the present? It's a mystery we yearn to understand but often find elusive. We invite you to unravel the intricate layers of memories, fantasies, and mysteries, all while embracing the presence of love. Our mission is simple: whatever arises, love that. Is it achievable, or is it merely a promise from the realm of self-help?

August 2024 / Explore LIGHTHEARTEDNESS: Discovering one’s inner smile (COMPLETED)

Life can weigh heavily upon us, especially during adversity, where our primal responses often compound the challenges we face. But what if we could meet adversity with an unwavering smile? Let's meet on the path of unconditional lightheartedness, even amidst life's most daunting moments.

September 2024 / Explore BEAUTY: Finding meaningful expression (COMPLETED)

Is beauty absent in the human condition or merely overlooked in a transactional world? Let's contemplate its significance and how it manifests in our lives, often unnoticed or uncared for. Creating and appreciating expressions of beauty can be a meaningful medicine for what bothers us, offering new perspectives on the ordinary and the extraordinary, within ourselves and the world around us.

October 2024 / Explore LOVE: Nurturing connections

Is love the most misunderstood word in the world or the key to profound connections, deeply hidden? Can love heal? Are you open to challenging conventional notions of love? What if love is a carrier wave for healing, personal growth, and a more fulfilling life?

Every 21-day experience includes:

  • 10 hours of group coaching

  • Access to our online community

  • Access to session recordings
